Music at Berthoud Methodist Church
Music is a very powerful way of experiencing God’s presence. Our worship services offer a variety of music styles to help you connect with Christ.
Our goal is to “make a joyful noise unto the Lord”.
Clara is the one person in our church that brings all the music together. She plays the piano, keyboard and organ in our church services. She accompanies the Chancel Choir, she directs the Handbell Choir and she plays special music during the prelude, offertory and the postlude, and what beautiful music it is. You must join us to enjoy it.
Church Handbell Choir
Practice is every Tuesday at 5:30 pm except for June, July and August. The bell choir performs monthly during worship service.
Church Choir
Practice is every Wednesday at 7:00 pm except for June, July and August. The practice is preparing for special music during the worship service once month.
Kent is our choir director and is second to none with music talent. When he sits down at the piano, get ready to jump and jive. He is a wonderful choir director and won’t stop practicing until he gets the best out of his choir.
Special Music
Special music is presented in church services on Sundays when the Handball Choir or the Church Choir is not preforming. We encourage anyone who would like to sing or play an instrument to share their talent with us and God. If you are interested please contact the church secretary.
